My Summer Library

Roadrunner was fortunate to once again be selected to participate in the My Summer Library program this year! My Summer Library is a summer reading initiative funded by the United Way of Southern Arizona with the goal of reducing summer reading loss by putting books directly into the hands of children.

This year, all of our Kindergarten and 1st grade scholars were able to select 12 brand-new books to take home and enjoy over the summer! Volunteers came to campus to “shop” with our students and help them choose books that matched their interests and reading levels. Our students absolutely loved the experience!

We are incredibly grateful to the United Way of Southern Arizona and all of the volunteers who helped make this possible. What an amazing gift for our students and families!
